While the apology letter from Arijit Singh to Salman Khan is
being widely discussed no one really knows what exactly happened between the
two of them and what Singh was referring to in his post.
It turns out that the incident dates back to 2014 during a musical
awards show. A video has appeared on Twitter that shows Singh accepting a prize
for his song in 'Aashiqui 2' by Riteish Deshmukh and Salman Khan. And Singh
saying 'Ab logo ne sula diya ekdum'. To which Khan responds, "Aur isme
humara koi dosh nahi hai, agar aise gaane bajte rahenge .." and then sing
Singh's song for him. Not very funny, says Singh, perhaps sarcastically,
"Good."
This happened in 2014. Reason why Arijit Singh had to
apologize. It seems that Salman can not take a joke and never forgets

While the context of Singh's observation is not known, it
seems that the superstar could not take the joke in his step. Which eventually
led to the exclusion of Singh from all of Khan's films.
