for the assault following a verbal discussion at a pub in Vile Parle on Tuesday
night. A case against Salman Shera's bodyguard has been filed under sections
323 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code at DN Nagar Police Station, Andheri (West)
in Mumbai. The accusation is that Shera threatened a waiter (who works in a
hookah room) with a pistol and broke the bone after they engaged in an
argument.
