There has been a lot of speculation around Sajid Nadiadwala
and the sequel to Salman Khan for the superhit 'Kick' of 2014. Now, if reports
are believed, manufacturers will begin filming for the movie in 2018.
"He has finished writing 80 percent of Kick 2. He has
sounded Salman Khan about the script and the actor loves it. They have decided
to work on the film from mid-2018 onwards." Says a source close to Sajid
Nadiadwala.
"Kick 2 would have happened in 2017. But this year
Salman is busy with Kabir Khan's Tubelight and Ali Abbas Zafar's Zinda
Hai.Sajid has three premieres in 2017. First there is Rangoon by Vishal
Bhardwaj, followed by Baaghi 2 by Sabbir Khan and Judwaa 2. Thus, they have
decided to work together in 2018. "Source added.
It is reported that the script part is almost ready and
Salman Khan has given a nod to the film. However, a change in the rest of the
cast is expected.
